About a month ago I joined the gym. I joined because of certain safety hazards that popped up along my jogging season.

Honestly some days are way harder than others, but we need to keep pushing on and on towards our goals.

I joined out of my anger for what the people did while I was jogging.

 

All I actually want to say with this post is that sometimes we need to go to the alternative before we get to see results!!! Push your limits, You are worth it!!!!
